Twitter Restores Journalist’s Account, But Remains at Ethical Crossroads

Twitter wrongly suspended the account of a journalist who had been critical of its media partner NBC. The account has since been reinstated, but Twitter still needs to decide whether it's a technology company or a media company -- a media company like NBC.
